We will expand business know-how in each field that the ZEN Holdings Group has developed into new domains. We in particular are actively involved in new utilization of assets that public organizations possess, the increase of added value with financing techniques such as asset securitization, and the creation of new investment opportunities using fintech such as cloud computing.
Moreover, we proactively promote the introduction of IoT into the real estate field. Accordingly, we will offer services making use of the big data obtained through such IoT, and strive to become a new information infrastructure company so that we can support the next generations.
